Re EDWIN HOPE, Deceased.
Pursuant to Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd
Viet., cap. 35.
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and
other persons having any debts, claims or
demands against the estate of Edwin Hope, late
of Brook House, -Hendham Vale, in the city of
Manchester, retired Bleacher, deceased (who- died
on the 29th day of November, 1923, and whose will
was proved in the District Probate Registry at
Manchester of His Majesty's High Court of Justice
on the 29th day of August, 1924, by Thomas
Marriott Hope and Susan Dyson Addinsell, the
executors therein named), are hereby required to
send the particulars, in writing, of their debts,
claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the
Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the
4th day of November next, after which date the
said executors will proceed to distribute the assets
of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled
thereto, having regard only to the claims and
demands of which they shall then have had notice:
and they will not be liable for the assets of the said
deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to
any person or persons of whose debts, claims or
demands they shall not then have had notice—

Susan married William Harold Addinsell, son of William Wilberforce Addinsell and Emma Coles, in 1906 in Manchester. (William Harold Addinsell was born in 1872 in West Derby Lan, died on 26 May 1945 in 80 Rivington Ave, Bispham Lan and was buried on 30 May 1945 in Bispham Parish Church.)
