• He served in the military from 1940 to 1946. 4 Served with the RAF. Various Squadrons and locations, but included 486(NZ) Squadron and in India. He was stationed in Karachi as 'Air Controller'

• He attended school in 1930 in Stoneygate School, London Road, Leicester, UK.

• He attended school in 1935 in Greshams, Holt, Norfolk, UK.

• He had a residence in 1922 in Newlands, Kirby Muxloe, Leicestershire. Born here

• He had a residence on 6 Sep 1922 in Mayfield, Kirby Muxloe, Leicestershire.

• He had a residence in 1935 in Moel Llys, Kirby Muxloe, Leicestershire.

• He had a residence 1940s in Toronto, Canada. 208, Poplar Plains Road.

Travelled out on the Empress of France to Quebec then up the St Lawrence Seaway and went back approx 12 months later from NY.


Frank married Monica Ruth Wolley, daughter of John Morris Wolley and Pauline Edith Addinsell, on 27 Jun 1952 in Shropshire. (Monica Ruth Wolley was born on 19 Jan 1928 in Shropshire, died on 27 Jan 2000 in Hallaton, Leicestershire and was buried in Jan 2000 in Hallaton, Leicestershire.) The cause of her death was Lung Cancer.
